VerifiedPredict (herein referred to as “we,” “us,” “our”) is a football prediction site and this is a terms and conditions page that details how we operate and the things that we share as publications on our site. As a user, we will refer to you as “you” or “user.” Our services refer to the football tips, VIP plans, and links that you can find on this platform.
Acceptance of Terms
When you make use of VerifiedPredict, you are agreeing to the terms of this page - even if you haven’t read through it. If you finally go through the page and discover that there are parts of the T&C that you are not exactly comfortable with, then you should discontinue the use of our site.
The usage of our site, in any form or shape and at any time, is considered an agreement to the terms of this document.
Eligibility
Our platform is not designed to be used by anyone who is below the age of 18 or anybody who has not gotten to the lawful age for football betting in their region. We do our best to track users that use the prediction site as underage users and we block their access. If you know anyone who is, please contact the admin and the necessary actions are going to be taken.
The Nature of Our Services
VerifiedPredict does not provide direct betting services. What you get here are football predictions that are meant to be used for informational purposes only. We are not taking any money for bets or helping you to bet or showing you how to bet or placing bets for anybody. Ours is to share tips and predictions about the games coming up and you are expected to use them at your discretion.
Disclaimer of Guarantee
There is no guarantee that when you place bets with the information and tips that we provide you will automatically win. We do not promise you 100% wins when you place your bets.
User Responsibilities
We do not expect you to take our tips and predictions and send to others as your intellectual property either through a website, WhatsApp channel which includes groups, broadcast messages, private chats, and status shares, Telegram, email, etc.
Intellectual Property
Everything that is factored here is the intellectual property of VerifiedPredict and it cannot be used by a third-party. If there is any part of the site that you intend to make use of - from logos to predictions to links to written content and more - has to be done after taking due permission from the admin of the site. If you repost our content - in any form - without prior permission from the admin, you will be dealt with according to the law.
Subscription and Payment
We have got VIP offers and you can sign up for them after you make your payments. There is no refund after payments. You are only liable to rollover tips, that is tips provided to you for free when the recent ones didn’t win and this also depends on the plan you are making use of.
Third-Party Links
You are going to find links, banners, and logos belonging to other sites which aren’t ours. Clicking on these links will take you to the recipient platforms. These links are usually affiliate links and third-party sites and partners. We do not control them and are not going to be held responsible for anything that happens as you make use of those sites.
Limitation of Liability
If you suffer any loss either from betting on a game or because there is a technical issue with our site, we won’t be held liable in such situations. We do not promise that everything will be perfect all the time and that you will always win when you bet.
Termination of Access
Anyone who falls short of the dictates of these terms and conditions - either because they copied our content or they are underage users - will have their access terminated. We won’t be kind to provide notice that you are trespassing. We will only review your termination if we find you to be acting in line with the terms on this page.
Modification to Terms
There are going to be modifications to this document. We may update the terms, change some parts, remove parts that are no longer consistent with our values or add new clauses based on the governing laws. When these changes are made, they will be in effect immediately. Governing Law
The law binding us is the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Everything on this platform - our content, the rules, and our services - are guided according to the law. If there is an issue to be resolved, it would be resolved according to the dictates of the Nigerian constitution and the National Lottery and Betting Act. It does not matter the country you are in, the laws applicable as regards the use of our platform are the Nigerian laws and they would be used in making the charge.
